    Need help on iR7095. Machine is giving message "suspended" and just freeze up when trying to make coppies. Did a firmware upgrade, did not help.

    I always meet this message means "toner almost empty."
    1、restart the copier, give it a print job from PC or additional function.
    2、if it shows the message only when starting copying, there is a scan system problem.

      what all additions do you have on the machine like finisher etc.Disconnect finisher etc and check
      a machine is only as good as your tech : source:screwtape ; the scary one

            Check to see if the finisher is out of staples.

              agree with Oze

              the staple cartridge is prob not seated correctly ... take it out and try to copy you may need to clear the queue

                Also, I would check the rear and fixing feeder connectors for jammed paper. Is the fixing unit getting hot.

                  Disconnect the finisher.If it passes a copy you know where to start.

                    Thanks fore all the help. The service bulletins that i have also say that the "staple safety detection switch (front) may be faulty. I am going to the machine today and keep u posted. Thanks

                      have had a piece of paper remaining in finisher after jam cause this to happen. Because of the way it communicates with the copier it does not show up a jam if machine has been switched off.
