    am getting e0051...cleaned up home postion senor on top of pick up assembly...stupid question..the plastic tooth rail that sensor sits on is that supposed to move freely??..is there any problems with teeth or gearss or motor??

    Mostly what I have run into is the little motor gets a crack in the drive gear, and either slips or binds with the sliding rail. Pushing the rail by hand should feel even pressure during it's travel.

      We used to replace the motor when we got that particular error code but I haven't seen that error for ages....but that's the way to go...replace the registration motor.
