What application use at scanning?Hardworking people are not present. Simply many it is boring to idle. -
Whats the DPI resolution setting your using?
Its recommended 300 dpi or higher for OCR.Comment

This sounds more like an application error. Not the built in OCR fuctionality of the MFP. What app are you scanning into or is this a send function from the copier?Comment
