Ir 5000 error

Hi guys,
Can anyone help me with an error occured on the display ask
to insert unit 1,i have checked the conveyor tried to change the
micro switch, but still appear the msg,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

hi,have you checked for paper stuck in tray1 connector and the connector inside the mc.

comopn fault for this one is paper caught inside the conector top tip for checking it though

remove panel from exit end of machine pull out unit and then you can see the conectors without breaking your neck

other one is check the 24 v line as that does this sometimes to
