What are you confused about. This is a canon forum. You want to know how to get into service mode. Are you a tech?

The way most of us do it is when we get a new model to work on, we download the manual from the manufacturer site or purchase it from a manual vendor. Once in posession of the appropriate manual we look it up ourselves.

This might surprise you, but the goal of this forum is not to hand out technical documentation for free. It's to help professionals solve difficult problems, when they have already done the appropriate legwork themselves. This is such a difficult concept for some people!
