IR 5000N questions

hi.. please help me with this problems, my IR5000N cannot print from computers and the error code is E677-5803 (PDL no RIP hardware).. thanks ALL...

Do you have a printer kit installed?


Make sure that you are loading the correct software into the machine.

• 5000 (Copier)
• 5000N (NETWORK)

If copier system software was loaded into a network machine, FORMAT and reload with network system software.
If network system software was loaded into a stand alone machine, then FORMAT and reload copier system software.

Two possibility:
1. Machine type are not compatible between Boot ROM and System e.g BootROM of basic copy model is mounted on the system for PS/PCL model.

2.You need to have the RIP & Riser board for iR5000N.
