CLC 3900 e020-0378

Hi I have a clc 3900 color copier with a e020-0378 that is not in the service manual. Does anyone know what the code means, or where I can get a newer service manual than Revision 0

I also have a problem with the same copier. The transfer belt keeps sliding around and trips the side sensors all the time. Sometimes even after the initial warm up. Any ideas?

Well E020-0378 refers to cyan. Check developer and everything that's as to do with cyan.
As for the transfer belt issue, make sure that the drive roller and transfer belt is fully cleaned of any toner residue.
