The sub code 0214 is for magenta.
Could be the primary or the drum for magenta.

As I said the E-Code Is 61, but the 61 could be anything in the image formation area of the machine. The sub code points you to magenta. The 02 in the sub-code refers to magenta. Had it been cyan then it would be E061-0314. If your not a tech, then i would suggest you have one look at your problem.
