Hi pro tech,

According to the SM e111 should be a fm14 scanner unit cooling fan faulty. I changed the fm14 colling fan together with DC Controller PCB the problem still exist. Is it something to do with relay board?

The symptom can also occur because the cable of the right deck pickup clutch (CL10) could be short-circuited So, visually inspect the cable for abnormality.

Just wasting few hours for this .. thiss .. code. Will try on that part number and get back to here soon.

Keep in mind the clutch will cause this because of the short in the 24V system. Door safety switches can also cause similar issues. Shorts can be tough, good luck with it.

I would also try unplugging the deck and see if the code goes away. If it isn't the side deck try unplugging one connector at a time on the DC controller. If the code goes away track down where those loads go.
