Is it an image problem?...or toner rubbing off the page?
If you've changed the film the you may need to fit a new pressure roller or look at the toner being used.

My best advice is don't do too little. Replace fixing film ASSEMBLY, not just the film. Replace the pressure roller and the bushings,, now you have basically a new fuser. If you have at least 200% on the clean roller, replace that as well.

IF you ever do just refilm the fixing asm
Also remember to replace the cleaning roller
(No point in just doing the film and not the roller, neve get a good long life on a new one with a dirty cleaning roller)
Also might be worth running it without the roller

how many copies do you get between films? Are you Genuine Canon films or compatable?

Fixing film assembly is a must, don't just replace the fixing 'sleeve'. I'm from england and generally get 200-250k out of a fuser which I rebuild.

When I rebuild I replace fixing film, pressure roller, cleaning bar and must importantly bushings and bearings of pressure rollers (this I have noticed stops the E007 occuring) as the pressure roller moves freely.
