Canon ir C3220 fax install instructions

Anyone have the instructions that come with the fax kit for a iR C3220. Got my first one in and no instructions with it. Got everything hooked up I think, but no speaker volume. The speaker is connected, and it faxes and receives. Volume is turned all the way up. But with out the instructions I can't be sure I have everything plugged in and turned on.

    Thanks

I do not remember doing anything special for the installation, just plug in everything and go.
Hit the "on hook" key to test your speaker, you should be able to hear the dial tone. If you can't hear anything you may have a bad speaker, wouldn't be the 1st time (One I was able to repair a broken wire where it attaches to the speaker).

The service mode for the speaker is Fax>Menu>006.
0 is on from dail to connect.
1 is on from start to finish.
2 is on for 2nd phone line.
    3 is set to "off".

      Hi Kuby,

It must be fax day! I did this one to myself, so I recall it. The red/black wire is not plugged into the proper connector above and to the right of the fax board. There are 2 similiar plugs in that little bundle coming off the machine harness up there. Seek, and 'ye shall find!

      Happy Thanksgiving Ronald!

Thanks for the reply. Someone emailed me the instructions and I found the little two wire connector. There was not a black adapter to connect the two plugs together, that was why I missed it. Had to rob one off another machine.

        Thanks
