I wouldn't expect the scan tool program that comes with the machine to support Win 2k3. Let's think about this for a second, this machine (unless it is the i model that supports Universal Send) only supports scanning via USB. Why would anyone want to scan things directly into their server? This would entail installing the buggy, consumer based, scan tool program on their server. Their print drivers do support Win 2k3, but this make since since people may still install the print driver on the server so many users can print from their pcs while the queue sits on the server. However, just a quick search on Canon's user and service sites produced no hits for an updated scan tool program. However, just as a quick note, if you feel it is not a software problem, at least the 1023/1025's firmware has been updated quite a few times in last month or too. As far as the 1024's I am not sure since I am in the US. Good luck, let us know if you find anything out.

          B/W Copier = Not A Press
Finisher = Deal Closer (salesman, not accessory)

I'm understand what you means but the customer have a very limited space and they want directly connect the machine via USB especially the Scan features.
What i should do on this matter?
