Faster way to print envelopes on a 3200?

I've got a **** load of envelopes needing printed but putting them in the bypass and running them on the panel's envelope setting is helluva slow! I tried running them (still via bypass) on some standard paper settings like recycled, plain etc but they always get caught in the fuser.

Does anyone know of any other settings that might work? Tried just about all the paper types on the panel unsuccessfully!

Run the paper setting on the lightest,
this should speed the piece thru the fuser faster.
thick setting will slow up the fuser speed.

I have also found that recycle paper will not work as well as "virgin" paper

Thanks Penvy - is that the setting on the driver (as opposed to on the copier's control panel)?

Just to follow up on this, if you're running from the bypass (which I'm assuming you need to for envelopes) the 3200 doesn't allow you to choose a paper type if you're selecting an envelope.

If you don't select an envelope (i.e. just select a paper size/type) then the envelope can't make it through the fuser (I've tried every paper setting!). I'm guessing under 'envelope' you're stuck with what you've got, which is unfortunately only about 10 a minute but I'd be happy to hear otherwise!

Forgot to add that envelopes and such that thick can F up your fuser roller
Be careful of window envelopes and the self sealing.
