irc 3220 yellow color is missing while scanning, printing & #10 test page

Hello guys!

I have this problem just today only. But if I make Autograd full adjust the yellow color is present. I cleared DCcon and MMI, changed the toner and yellow drum, changed ITB, Adjust CCD & execute Dev cleaning.

Any ideas is highly appreciated.

Since its there on a gradation chart (and copying??), I would eliminate drum, developer, transfer, etc.... and focus on logic. Well DC and MMI clear would've been my 1st suggestion, but you have done that. Next I would reseat the memory and connectors on the main controller.
If that doesn't work I think reloading the system software is your best bet.

I've had a couple ir5000's that test page 8 was enlarged and had 3 inch margins on left and lead edge, no problems at all otherwise. System software fix'd those.
