What really cause Error 20. The motor which feed the toner from cartridge is good. Its Problem is with Toner sensors Or connectors?

If your motor is turning I've found that most E020 on the black and white Canon's are simply clogged toner or toner stuck on the sensors.
I would disassemble the hopper and clean it out. Try not to vacuum the sensors though.
You can check the sensors service mode > copier > I/O. If a sensor says there isn't any toner present it doesn't necessarily mean that the sensor is bad, it could be that there isn't any toner there because its clogged in the path before the sensor. Also if it says there is toner, that could be wrong because there is a clump stuck on the sensor but the hopper is empty.
What I do is clean out the hopper, goto I/O mode and watch the sensor make sure it does not see any toner. Then add toner and see if it goes from 0 (no toner) to 1 (toner present). If there is no change then I would suspect the sensor.
