iRc3100 and iRC3200 got stuck in processing / receiving print jobs.

There are some cases of my clients' machines, iRC3100 and iRC3200, when sending the print job from pc it will get stuck in the status of keep changing from receiving and processing and they just wouldn't print out even though the files size are just about 1MB plus. Some of the docs are Microsoft words and AI files.
Can anybody help regarding this issue, please?
    Thanks in advance.

If you go into system monitor, check the print tab and hit the details tab of the job that was no good. There should be a code associated with that print job. This will help you narrow down what the problem might be.
