    CLC(IRC)2620-Need urgent help

This one is big...nothing i encountered before so i need ur help guys!

Machine is CLC2620 or iRC as it say on p-print. Counter is 161K copies. No printer or HDD. DC-con 32.02 R-CON 04.01

First of all, here is the link to the printed pictures and dc and r con values

    Google Docs

File names of document will explain what, when and where.

I noticed displacements of colors(or image shift) a 2 months ago whit 160k on counter but i fixed it whit gradation adjustment and reinstalling ITB. Now, In friday I tried to do gardation adj and itb reinstalling but that didn't help me. Today i tried to clean whole itb asyy. I cleaned 4 charge rollers. I rubed plastic holders of charge rollers whit alcohol but i didn't get much improvement. They aren't jamming when i roll them gently and i think that's OK. I cleaned pressure and aluminium roller's. I disconnected pattern reader from the machine to fully clean it. I reinstalled cables on main board and clean it form dust.I reinstalled memory and cleaned it.

I tried to check if belt is slipping by holding my hand on intermediate transfer belt making pressure while turning main gear but there is no slipping! I Even tried to grab it on one side whit my hand tightly but again, no slipping. I did everything except to close check gear even tho it didn't look like broken....(look deceives sometimes guys a?) i promise to check it first tomorrow.

After i tried gradation and things got WORSE! After test print 1(full grad) i placed orginal file on copyglass and after pressing "scan" i would get message "place the orginal correctly on the glas".I literary had to move A4 orginal 2-4 centimeters down to bypass this message.I tried A3 whit same thing.I had to do this on test 2 and 3 too. Now u have file named "after gradation" and u will see dear guys what did i mean whit "got worse".

Things got better after d-con and r-con clear.I have to mentioned that i used dc-con values hidden inside machine and r-con values via P-print and i don't have half of the options to adjust inside service mode level 1 and 2??
As i can see there is color displacement(shift) on sub-scan and main-scan directions!?

This will be first time i beg for help. I'M BEGGING FOR HELP!

I found this under search and will try few tricks other techs posted

Your Firmware is rather old, first of all, i would upgrade it to latest and greatest, then do a dc-con reset. Second, make sure, that the pattern reader unit above the itb (at the bypass side of the mashine) is clean and working..if in doubt, replace it at first.

I was going to say basically the same thing Herman said. I see this a lot in irC3200's, do a DC-CON clear in service mode. Check the reader assembly for the ITB belt, it can get wedged in there and not be close enough to the belt to read the "chevrons". I've found that replacing the drums will fix this more often than replacing the ITB belt.

A test print 31 would be nice, to see the degree of displacement. It appears to be a pretty large displacement. I shot myself in the foot on this one once,,, as described earlier, I dislodged the reader bar at the rear of the machine and caused myself great grief till I put it back into place. The gear set on the ITB, especially the one mounted to the drive roller can get a lot of play in it. If you grasp the roller, with belt on or off the assembly, and try to turn the gear back and forth, there should be NO play in that gear. If you can rock the gear back and forth a tiny bit, it will cause color registration problems.

        FU3-0266-040 Gear on ITB
        FU3-0546-000 Single gear in cluster
        FG6-9662-000 Swing gear cluster asm

        good luck,,

Dc con clear and mn con clear normally sort out the problem.
i had similar problem we swapped various boards dc con main con pattern sensor . in the end we had to reset all the laser unit lense cams to home position . You have to remove the lasers then youll see a large white gear which you rotate until you hear the lense click to home position. then we unplugged the connector to the yellow lense motor . put back together allow the machine to warm up then perform an auto grad .( the yellow laser is used as a reference point for the other colours so by unplugging the yellow lense motor the position stays fixed so allows the other colours to line up on the ITB .once the autograd is finished re connect the yellow lense motor connector .put all back together then you should be good to go.

          hope this helps

Adjust all lasers manually as mention in some of the pervious post.
Plus I agree with the firmware as well. Flash the machine.
            Good luck.

I don't have Fuze pcb. It is an option for my model as i can see from service manual. I first checked at the costumer machine the in SM just in any case.

Is there any other component/part to check so i can bypass "insert toner" message?
