        hi,try switching multi broadcast off under system set up or try changing the ip address.

            hi,i might of been a bit way off with what i suggested,do you get any errors can u get into service mode do you have service support tool and software.can you swap parts to another mc to test.

              I have not heard if you tried the system software reload... Do you have the tools needed to perform that task? I still believe it is your best bet.

                Hi THUK, i'm affarid no error numbers come up? i dont even know what the service mode is and i dont have service support tool or software also i cant swap parts to test.

                I think the technical term is i'm fu#ked

                    Call a Canon tech-He'll have the computer soft ware to reload your copier.
                    You have little choice at this point.
