Canon clc 1180 glossy paper not fusing

Customer's machine had transparencies stuck on fuser rollers. I've replaced the webs and fuser felt . It prints fine on regular paper but on glossy paper there seems to be a fusing problem, print feels rough.
Don't see any adjustment in the service mode for fixing on glossy paper.
    Thanks for the help

    Are you using the bypass?
Also the paper might not be within spec?
    Is it double sided gloss?
I remember this machine had minor issues
when it came to certain types of media.
Glossy tends to melt I guess those certain pigments
in the media don't mix well with 400* degrees.
    Use the bypass.
