    IR 5000 jam(from A4R deck-cassete)

Hi,I have problem with IR 5000 when I want to copy A4R from third deck-cassete.Paper had jammed in between separate rolers. But that is not always.Sometimes,it may pull 100 pages, then every jam.Sometimes pull 5 pages and then jam paper. All rollers are new and genuine Canon parts.
    Thanks

Try to replace paper feed unit 3 with PF 4 (A3) to see is it a PF problem or PF drive system. This usually helps to diagnose a problem quickly .

I had a lot problems with oneway clutch that stop feed roller from turning in opposite way. Try to replace it. If u don't have any just take it from any other paper feed unit.

            What jam codes?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I don't know.I usually don't look that. But,now I have one more problem.Paper jam is on right side,on the spot almost where paper enter in unit 1.On black roller-first on right side of copier. So,i think maybe is electronic board.Yesterday,I remove step motor and clutches from back side, and I cleaned them and lubricate. But It wasn't helped.Do you have something like that?

I reference all my information by jam codes.
