I have an IRC3220 with about 130k images and every 3-5 prints or so the prints are a little distorted and the colors appear to be out of line. Any idea what needs cleaning/replaced/corrected? I will attach an image example tomorrow when I get in the office.

Try the auto gradation funtion and see if color graphs are aligned or lead edge of colors are are even u can also go into service mode run test pg #10 if there is a white space between each color there are a few things you can try, remove tranfer belt assembly and clean all rollers ck belt for warps or extreme wear, remove all drums and reinstall, I had new drums cause this problem so don"t just assume cause the drums are hardly used there good. after checking the drums and transfer assembly and reinstalling if problem still continues try service mode dc controller clear for last option. There is a mod kit available for the transfer drive and transferbelt assembly thats suppose fix this problem, i havent had to install one yet, when i do one or all three fix's i listed i"ve taken care of the problem.
