    i just want to give u very simple advice that would really help in ir4570
    replace ur old machine with new one most of ur problems would be solved.

      Karanobera21, He said he got it fixed, do we need to replace every machine we have in the field that's as old or older than a 4570? That would be great for sales wouldn't it.

        May I ask what your credentials are, to be asking about Seshu's credentials?? Most techs would love to have newer equipment to work on, but that is not the answer to the problem. Be constructive, be helpful, be polite!
