    Canon Multipass L60

    HI,

    I have a "Canon Multipass L60" for cleaning i opened the ADF and the top portion tof the machine, now when i reassemble it alarm show "Check document", i have checked that the motor is not starting during power up, sometime it start but not all the time, i have also checked the power connections it seems ok.

    Can anyone help me how can i fix the problem ?

      Hi,there is a small plastic flag on the underside of the adf section that opens out called the document stopper,it is either out of position or broken.You can put tape across the opening if it is broken to keep you going till you replace it.Hope this helps.

          Thanks bro, I have connected that thing upside, but it would be downsided, now ok, that problem is fixed. now it is saying "Clear Paper Jam" but there is no paper. need your help again
