Is it a just blur or is it an offset image (repeated down the page)?

How far apart are the double images? Measure (in Millimeters) from the top of the good image to the top of the 1st repeated image. That distance will help us determine what component might be causing your issue.

There's a possibility that your laser unit might be the problem. I've had these go prematurely.

you need to upgrade your machine to version 78
and send your laser in for repair or get a new one.

There are major issues with that laser unit and the diodes.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
