    Canon iR6570

    Hi again guys!

I have a Canon 6570 that when shot by ADF copy format A4R it cuts the image. The picture comes out the bottom right corner of the paper. I realized that it recognizes the original in A3 format.
Already changed the ADF and changed all the options related to the ADF that I read the manual.
    But it did not work
Does anyone have a clue there?

    I thank you guys!

I did the procedure you now, but I'll be honest. I made the change, hung up and turned on the equipment and only the first copy came out right. After the problem continued. oO

      Thank you!

            Solved!

            Man, I solved this problem.
In my case, after changing all the settings, I thought it might be a problem with the sensor to recognize the A3. But it was only dirt.
So in my case it was only open the lid that is the recognition sensor A3 and clean the sensor.

Me only a few had not blown out. Then disassemble, clean and see if it works.

            Good luck!
