Hi, Could anybody tell me how many gram developer inside the Canon IRC 3200/ 3220 drum unit. Do you have this figure.and could you tell me where can we have the assambly diagram of this unit. Thanks

We do not have or need that information, my suggestion is for you to buy a new one, strip it apart and measure the developer mix weight. I assume you are looking to remanufacture drums... Most of us use Canon factory replacement drums.

The solid was dispersed into 3000 parts of an aqueous solution of 1 wt % sodium hydroxide and stirred well. The resultant solution was filtered to obtain the solid. what the big Deal
the Surface of the 3200/3220 Drum can not Refurbished/ once it's gone that's it.

O no. just only for knowladge exchange, I had tried to change the drum cleaning material (brush )that we ordered from japan, it can improve the drum cleaning, but it is hard to install. Need patience.
