Dear somebody!
I've iR5570, it alway display replace toner cartrigde. But I'd changed develop sensor, hopper motor
I can't solve my problem.
Please give me some idea.

What about the Deve unit itself, have you tried that yet
And the easy one, try a different toner cartrigde..(I know, one of the 1st things to dol ol)

Did u try to replace hopper sensor? I had a few problem when he fails but work and feed the toner form bottle to the hopper! Imagine that scene when u find more toner under machine then on paper

Procedure that helps: Remove the toner form the developer and hopper. Clean the atdc sensors in dev and hop (or replace. I didn't have to) and run toner supply.

Does The developer fill when Toner-S is performed in Service Mode?

You Might have a bad DC.

Simple question...does the bottle rotate?
