Canon iR3035 diffrent error and jams. Help!!!!!!!!

Have issues with a Canon iR3035 where customer calls saying machines jams and errors out.
Got to machine, check
paper gets stuck inside the transfer roller or wrap around the transfer roller, jam code J0107
also it kicks an error E110 and E100 intermittent.
had never seen this before, have order laser assy and dc controller,
sometimes machine could run good for one day, another day just acting up.

Just wondering if anybody has seen this problem before any tips,

Jams 0107.. Have you placed in your combo settings in service
Also that error, it could be the laser shutter..
Have you checked the shutter asm
(under the laser), and does it open/close okay when you open and close the RH door
