to clarify things I bought the printer. Thanks all for your advice guys.
Trying to getting in touch with the seller to get send this printer back.
In short from what i understand the printer most probaly didn't have a fiery initially. So i assume that the ir C3220N should not have a fiery as default...? The fiery was then hooked on to it and the guy didn't flash the bootrom with the C Boot Rom code.
At the beginning i though that it was my just me. The good thing out of what you are telling me is that the printer i bought is a Frankenstein with wrong firmware. Correct?

By the look of your P-print, your copier just needs to be flashed with the 3220N firmware. The c and n bootrom are two seperate bootrom chips, you can't change a n back to a c and vice versa. Call a canon dealer and pay someone money to get this operation done for you. I wish you the best of luck.

hi screwtape i m from india and i want ur help. i m purchased irc 3220n from canon and machine does not work properly it shows the error code e00602-0001, when i replaced the hdd from a irc3200n then machine starts and shows another error e00246-0001. and i try for a long time to find the error means so if you help me then i able to run the machine again.

E246=Error in writing operations (to the counter memory).
Counter Memory PCB is a matched board with the ECO ID PCB and cannot be swapped with one from any other engine.
Never operate the equipment without the Counter Memory PCB installed.

DESCRIPTION:
1. A normal soft counter reading cannot be written to the counter memory.
2. Counter Memory PCB not being recognized on power up.
ACTION to Take:
1. Re-install original Counter Memory PCB that belongs to that equipment.
2. Replace Counter Memory PCB with new one.

Counter Memory PCB issue
It is illegal to tamper with this circuit in an attempt to falsify the counter readings of any Canon Copier.

Counter Memory PCB, ECO ID PCB and SRAM PCB retain information pertinent to the specific engine they are installed in. Ensure that you never swap any of these circuit boards with another engine. If any of these circuit boards are swapped, it can result negatively in equipment performance.

Never replace two boards in the Soft Counter circuit at the same time! This includes any two of the following:
a. Counter Memory PCB,
b. Main Controller PCB
c. ECO ID PCB
d. SRAM PCB
