    this is a new one
    A Friend of me have a Canon clc 3220 that moves every color about a half inch he is canon service tec for
    more than 40 years here in italy there is no knowlege of this problem so any help is appreciated from the whole world.This is the best forom i have ever seen.

    hi,which way is the image being moved-it might be good to get a test chart copy to look at.does it do it from all paper trays and manual feed-is it off the glass or the feeder or does it just have a large blank lead edge.it might show up on a PG type 10 test page.

      Your machine has a image registration problem, Its off.
      Main causes, Lasers, there are four of them. ITB belt may be slipping, due to toner residue. Gears on the ITB drive assy. DC controller. Software.
