I keep getting paper jams just as the paper enters the fuser. It gets about 1cm into the fuser then just jams. I keep clearing it and can't see anything wrong. Anyone got any ideas what might be causing it?
check the all sensor inside the fixing unit or may be one of the flag paper sensor not cuting the sensor
also check the error hist.
I took the fixing unit out, opened it up and checked it over. Didn't see anything wrong.
Now that I've put it back I get error E000003-0001 - low temperature error

Does this error return after clearing it?

With every page. Didn't make a note of the error number.
You can find the jam code in service mode under DISPLAY/JAM.
Cleared the error and boots up ok now, jam error is 0106 and still happens on every page
Check to see if the old or the new type of RIGHT LOWER INNER DOOR ASS'Y is mounted in the machine. The new one has a metal plate and a grounding wire. The old one doesn't give enough pressure against the feed rollers which can result in this jam.

Old type: FC5-0596
New type: FM3-1297
I think it's the new type, it has a small metal plate in the corner with a ground wire attached. When the side door is closed it's not quite flush at the bottom, it bulges a little in the middle. I tried applying a little pressure to keep it flush but it still jams.

A little bulging is normal.
Try checking that the OHT sensor unit (RH7-7129) is mounted properly in the holder.
