    Silly question.. but did you also clear the error: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR

    Then power cycle the machine.
    No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.

            I had it before, clear DRBL-1>FX-WEB, then COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR, if still the same you may need to refix your oil web properly, and check the senser, as well as thermistor. then fix it correctly, problem gone.

                  I get you now!
                  Your web counter does not advance.
                  Upgrade System Software to version 60.04 or higher. Upgrade DCON to version 20.12 or higher.
                  This will resolve that issue. Sorry. I had ran into this a long time ago with this model.

                    Normally, as a technicain i don't think you need any deep description. If you are not a technician better you call for services agent, or techinicain. Pay them and learn from them. XXX
