    Ir 2800

    Hi Guys am badly stuck for IR2800 toner but I have GP 405 toner ..can I use this as a temporary measure. I know it will be a bit messy to put in but if it works for me would get me out of a spot...tks

    I wouldn't. Just putting a little of this toner in your machine could have long term issues in your machine that will cost you a lot more in the end.
    Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

      Surely you must have another of these copiers in the vicinity that you can borrow toner from till your toner arrives, and then you can repay the lender. I am assuming of course that you are using Canon toner as well as the lender is. I would not want to "repay" a lender with different branded toner.
