Hi i have this copier that has a bad waste container sensor i don't have the manual for it but was wondering if there is someone out there that might know the part no and know where i can buy it from?

If this machine is throwing a error saying the waste toner sensor faulty it is not
it is sensor pi11 the one on the cleaning assembly shutter it gets coated in toner and shows this error
clean the sensor and you will be fine -
hi its saying replace waste container the end user installed the yellow toner incorrectly and it leaked badly, they then tired to vacuum it and it shorted the sensor so all it keeps saying is "install waste container"Comment

There is a spring loaded sleeve with a flag around the waste toner auger. When the bottle is present it will push the sleeve thereby unblocking PS11.
First=Verify the position of the PS11 and the auger open close shutter
