ir3025 Jams

Hi, I have a strange problem on an ir3025 :
The customer says that the machine jams but only once or twice and only between 8am & 8-30am. When myself or another tech' goes to look at the machine we cannot get it to jam at all but I did find the jam code 0108 logged plus an alarm code 040011. Can anyone tell me what these codes mean please as I do not have a service manual for this model, we don't look at many Canons. ( Can we download one anywhere ? ). This machine is used as an incoming fax so I'm wondering if a fax is being sent to it in a wrong size but the customer is not being very helpful.

I had something similiar on an ir3035 with jamming first thing in the morning.I replaced the two dampers p/n fc5-0693-000 and that seemed to have cured it.Check out fritoz post. re:0108 jams for more info.The dampers are small pads that the flapper sits against on the rhs door.when they wear they get sticky.The parts manual for the ir3035 is the same for your m/c.If you are working on canon m/c's you really need a manual .The trouble is canon are like the secret service,even if you are a dealer you can struggle to get info.(unless things have changed in the last year or so).Best of luck.

Hello there is an modification of the door and pressure roller assy and change the vertical path roller. Then the jam will move to another machine in universe.
Contact a canon spare part dist and say that you want the modification for the door and a vertical path roller.
The vertical pathroller should be grey not black. Its the first roller after sep
The problem is solved...
