iR600 deck problem

i face a problem in iR6000 that is no sensing between machine and two paper deck one and two
but tray 3 & 4 ok no problem
can any body help me plz

check sensors /are large trays 1/2 lifting ??
u mean it will not see paper loaded in #1 #2 or is button grayed out for them/ if so re calibrate paper size for them in service mode

machine not see paper loaded,and you know wt is the problem the pickup assy'm for deck one broken 2 day ago, i went today & installed it but my problem above appear and why deck 2 not working also???

check all the pins in the connectors and look if the lacht handle are not broken.

Check the pick up ass'y

Check your cam on the pickup that's circle , it should be bent in a downward angle. When the paper stock get pushed in the cam goes up it hits the lever release and blocks the sensor activating the lift motor.

thats what i mean the lacht handle should hit that cam or maybe the spring of it doesnt aligned.

I could be wrong on this, but what i understand is that Deck 1 & 2 are not working

Are the 2 decks lifting
If NOT could be the lifter PCB, or the DC controller

If it is lifting and not seeing the correct size paper
Copier>Options>CST> P-SZ-C1 (right deck) / P-SZ-C2 (Left Deck) 6=A4 / 15=B5 / 18= LTR

this problem solved by changed the
1-lifter PCB which is responsible for two deck 1 & 2
2- motor deck one & two,,machine ok now
and i dont know wt happens may be strong loading on the machine occured ,,,if anybody needed to sharing that is good.
but realy this problem not easy
