Need help IR3300 and service manual

My copier, Canon Imagerunner, ir3300 have a Tray 2 problem. When I closed the tray2, the copier is pull up the pater to check the pater exists. The copier try to raise paper but can't raise the paper.
I have compared with other tray which is working one. I found losen spring at the very inside.
A small coil spring that hold curved wire spring. both are losen.
I have no idea where do I have do disassemble to reach origin spring position.
It looks like I have to access it from right side and then hook the spring up.
Unfortunately I don't have a service manual, anybody help me? or if you share a service manual,
I really appreciate. my email address is joo94588 at yahoo dot com

You need to rebuild the unit for which there is no instruction in the manual or buy a used unit

Teckat ! You are the man. I have printed out diagram and also compared Tray 4(Working Tray) that is easy to see. The plastic gear was OK but a spring that hooked 'C' was unhooked.
To avoid disassemble whole things out, I used a msmall string to reach very inside, a left arrow area in the picture. It took 10 minutes to try several time.
Now it works great and have no problem. Appreciate your help !!!
