Ok, update, I did a clear error, restarted the unit, it goes to the warming up and eventually gave the same error again, but this time the fuser unit did warm up a bit.

So maybe there's one of the heater in the fuser that is broken?

Did you inspect the fixing unit. I do however recommend that if it is faulty replace it do not rebuild it.

        yes, everything was looking ok.

I reinstalled it ... it gave the error once more.... then it started working!!!

Very weird, I tried a couple of restart and the error never came back!

I don't think this is the fuser connector.

I did more test, the error come back as soon as it have been shut down for long enough (about 30 minutes seem enough), so as soon as the fuser temperature get under a certain temperature and we start it, the fuser wont heat fast enough. Clearing the error and restarting it always work, if the fuser is at room temperature it need 2-3 error clear + restart to be ok, if it was off for less then 30 minutes only one error clear + restart do it.

I did check the live fuser temperature, both fuser roller heat at same speed, but slowly... once it reach 190 Celcius all is fine, even if it go in powersave mode for very long time, the error don't come back. It get the error only when the unit is power off for a while and restarted.

I did not open the fuser drawer once during my test, so that's why I don't think the fuser connector is the problem.

            Anyone ever had similar problem?

TH1 is a non contact thermistor over middle of roller /TH2 sit on roller end/u have two lamps H1main/ H2sub- in upper roller/ lower roller has a heat retaining /glass tube w/no temp controls.
Sub heater must remain on from power on/ Main heater cycles on 3.5 sec/off for 1.5 sec-until temp hits 190 c/that fix roller must rotate when it hits 90 c/if not u will have uneven heating/if Sub doesn't hit 90 c in three minutes it will never make it to the 120 c/ it pops the E002

need to check if Sub H2 has a crack on the ceramic end of connector/ also check if small retaining pin is holding the lamps ends in place, and are not dragging against inside of metal edge
