iRc2620 drum problem

    iRc2620 drum problem

    dear all
    that is the machine iRc2620
    i can't remove the magenta drum from the machine and other drums ok out,i think the shutter not open properly, i tried but after removing the toner the gap is very
    narrow,action i removed the drum strongly becouse i have a new one with me &old drum out broken ,new drum installed in the machine and machine ok also ...but i need know what is the right solution ...
    can anybody have an ideas about this

    I been there done that. There's really no other option that I've heard of.

      make sure on the bottom of magenta toner cartridge,the spring loaded slide cover closure is sitting straight ,if tilted it will block drum from being removed.

      u see that square bottom piece to the right/advise customer to check them before sliding in copier

        That could be one issue.
        In a couple of my cases that wasn't it.
        But I've seen that issue with the toner containers

            what do u mean about toner/ your problem was with a locked in drum ????

              I imagine that the problem in the bottom of ink toner according to you fig. &
              you are wrote (make sure on the bottom of magenta toner cartridge),so the
              old drum exited with some plastic upon it broken that means locked in drum
              in all cases this problem has been resolved 2 day ago
