            SST and firmware for IR 2220i

            Hello all,

            I am looking for help in reconfiguring a IR 2220i which I can't log into from user interface. I get the message "RemoteUI Contents is Not Found!!" when I try to log into the IP address.

            Do I need a SST and new firmware for it to be able to log into it?
