ir 6570 print quality

IR 6570 print almost half of page black.
When turn off potential control page is almost black.
Tried with new primary corona assembly but same.
Only when move primary corona wires from drum get print but do not have good print quality, print is light.

Check if Pre-Exposure lamp is plugged in/ Pre-Exposure lamps can be turned on in service mode for a quick test. Below is the path in service mode, to turn on the pre-exposure lamp.

Function > Misc-P > PRE-EXP

do you have any white space where the blanking should be?
Take a look at the front cover that has your actuator for your laser shutter on it. They are prone to cracking and breaking off and can cause various image quality issues.
It could be a DC controller issue as well.
