When duplex printing on heavy paper, the colors are pale and do not cover. Is there a solution? Thanks for your support.

Let me ask the obvious, since you did not state it,,, did you select heavy or heavy2 as the paper type being run from the source? All manor of changes occur in the copier to accommodate different paper types."Once a King, always a King, but once a Knight is enough!"

The paper is fed from the cassette 3rd
Cassette 3 is set on heavy paper, is printed from this duplex.
