IR 105 with K2 finisher

After printed 20 sets of some document get message to remove paper from booklet tray and customer must cancel curent print job.
Finisher tray is not full.
Have option on screen to cancel current job or to use some other function (scan, copy).
No fault code.
Finisher work normaly when copy.

stuck sensor arm/or broken arm

Sensors PI17 or PI20 can cause this problem. PI17 is tray B paper detection and PI20 is tray A paper detection. When the fault occurs, the sensors can be checked in service mode at Copier>I/O>Sorter.

**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
