it caused by drum unit. I suspect is the drum life reach. The drum life count by A4 single side and if customer print larger than A4 and life will short.

        The fix works.
Oh the legal stuff is not about the machine.
It is about Lying to the customer.
        AND the dealers.

        Whats new about that?

        Just for the Future,
All of you that can say something to the dealers is.
A performance clause in the sales contract from the factory to dealer.

Does the issue stay in same place ????

O problema fica no mesmo lugar?

what cylinder did u replace ??
                  --------------------

                  ----------------------------------------------------------

you need to remove all developer cylinders / and inspect turret with a flashlight for any dirt,

and you need to clean inside that turret on all changes.

then you need to remove all developer cylinders / and inspect developing rotary turret with a flashlight for any dirt,

and you need to clean inside that ROTARY on all changes.

                          Potential Control should remain "ON"
Off is for testing printer CQ issues.

NOTE: Turning Potential Control off is for testing purposes only. If left off color accuracy will suffer and E061 will occur.

Your DC Controller PCB) or Potential Sensor
                          could be at fault

Check that the Developer Unit Fixed Arms (plastic arms on either side of the Developing Unit that screw down to hold the unit in place) are screwed down securely.

Image shown > these lines are in Paper Feed Direction

what shows on single color PG 5 test prints

do lines move down paper on continuous prints
