The fuser rolls have flat spots on them....replace the upper and lower fuser rolls. Machine probably ticks or clicks when you run it right now.

also / check the gears in the Fixing Drive Assembly some can be worm or damaged. If any of the gears are worn or damaged, they should be replaced.

As mention, did you change the fuser rollers, ball bearings, bushings.
Also there is that drive belt that comes off when you remove the
fixing drive motor, make sure you connect that belt back on.

Like Screwtape said.....replace fuser rolls, bearings and bushings...these machines throw out E-014s when the rolls get flat spots all the time....first place to start.....keep it simple

cyan issue = check the collar for the Toner Add Gear on the rear of the Rotary/ Check your ATR and Patch Sensors.
toner is not feeding in correctly/re start or replace the cyan dev unit/ if printing large areas toner

E-020-03a8.....the cyan toner to carrier ratio exceeds 12% of initialized ratio...if you look in service mode...display/density/cyan....you will see the variance from the ideal ratio...its running overtoned. If you dont have a manual dont even attempt it. This is the worse/most maintanence intensive machine that Canon has ever made...i'd rather do a full pm on a clc5000 than work on these pigs...but i work on them all the time. You have to follow the counters in service mode religiously or it will bite you...multiple times
