E007 error in iR2016N

Dera All,

I have Canon iR2016N machine in my office. Since the day before yesterday, it is giving SYstem Error E007. For this error, I took out Film Assembly to check the status of Film and whole assembly. I found that there is no any brekage or physical damage in the same. But I did the complete servicing of the machine and after servicing I had assembled the machine perfectly. After assembling to the machine, it was giving output very smooth and noiselees. Till today morning it was working fine. But now I am facing again the same problem System Error E007. I would request to all of you to if you can tell me more about this problem and what could be the exact reason of this error, it will be appricable.

hi,replace the fuser film assy in the fuser,

the reflective sticker might be going off . short term solution apply nail polish. long term replace filim.

Hi Pramod,

Thuk is probably correct with replacing the entire fuser assembly advice, it is the easiest fix. The fixing film when not turning along with the pressure roller will cause the E007's, or if the film is worn at the ends, it will either slide away from the end that reads the white flag on the film, or it moves toward the end with the sensor and obliterates the white flag. New fuser assembly is easy fix, but most expensive.
