    Ir 4570 papper jam in fixing unit

    Hai,
    In a 4570, papper is jammig everytime in its fixing unit with any image . If copies taking without original ( plain papper ) there is no jamming. what is the problem ?................please help me....

      what is jam code ?? / is this with copies and network prints/ all paper sizes ??

          Jams codes would help. But it probably needs a new the fixing film.

          I've seen new ones do that and running 20 or so legal or 11x17 can kinda kick start the film. I'm guessing the grease just needed worked in on the new film assy.
