iRC3220 text problem

    iRC3220 text problem

    Here with attach a sample print. The problem only with text as you can refer to the sample print.

    Is only happen when you copy a text with single color black. The rest of the color yellow,magenta and cyan text no problem. If you print with full color is perfect....

    These machine driving me crazy.........any comment guys ? Thanks in advance

      is this a glass copy or a network print ??

      Try - Adjust -Laser-PVE-OFST set to 0

          Is from the glass copy you have the these problem.(black text) When you switch to full color to copy a brochure no problem

              Manage to solved the problem already. It was the fixing unit giving the problem.

              Any way thanks you guys for the information early
