what is sub code next to E067-XXXX ?


Error code E067 indicates a High Voltage error
CHECK DRUM LIFE % in service mode
Your Drum is most likely old

Check your primary transfer roller

Dear All, the error code is E067-0110, we change the drum from the other IR 3100CN which is working one, but still having the error code during the warm up.

The symptom can also occur because the tension spring for the primary transfer roller on the front side of the intermediate transfer belt came off. Check and make sure the spring is securely installed (item 21, shown below).
