    iR3570 Light Copies & Prints

Got a strange one. I have a client with an iR3570 that is making very light copies/prints. Tried new drum, cleaning, transfer roller, still light. Any ideas? No errors showing up yet.
    Thanks

      Laser..
Also check the laser shutter, it sometimes breaks and slightly blocks the laser when writing to the drum, which will effect the intensity of that laser beam.
Sometimes when this happens you will not get a error code which would be E100. Check your error history.

just a thought-had same senario at a metal shop-cleaned the optics and did the adjustments. It was printing faint as well as copies before adjustment.

This machine has no optics. It has a contact image sensor unit (CIS)
Besides its printing light when they print to it. That eliminates the reader section.
